Information requested by this website
- Availability searches: arrival and departure dates, guest count and the accommodation you are interested in.
- Booking requests: name, email address and phone number, together with your stay details. These fields let us register your request, communicate its status and coordinate with you. The booking form cannot be submitted without them.
- Optional information: notes for your stay and your breakfast selection. Please avoid including sensitive information or other people's details that are unnecessary.
- Payment proof: you may attach it when requesting a booking or through the private link you receive. It is used to review the deposit and match it to your booking. Do not send passwords, security codes or full card numbers.
How information is used and who receives it
Submitted information is recorded in the NOAH booking management system used by Villas Nativa. The team handling bookings uses it to manage availability, requests, stay communications and payment verification. The technical services supporting the platform process the information needed for these functions.
The form includes authorization for this processing. It is separate from your choice about Google Analytics. You can also discuss your booking options directly through WhatsApp or email.
Storage and optional analytics
This browser may store your privacy choice. Your choice stays in local storage until you change it or clear site data. If the browser prevents storage, it applies only to the open page.
Google Analytics is loaded only if you accept analytics. It measures visited pages, browser technical details and interactions such as searching for availability or starting a booking. Google receives these measurements and may process them outside Costa Rica. Guest contact details and payment proofs are not included in the site's analytics events.
You can reject analytics and still browse and book. Private payment-proof pages do not load Google Analytics. Withdrawing your choice stops new analytics transmissions from this site and removes analytics cookies accessible from this browser; it does not delete information already sent to Google.
Retention and your requests
You can request information about your records, retention, correction or deletion by writing to jeff@noah-systems.net. Include your name and booking reference, if available, so we can locate your request. You can also withdraw authorization for future processing; each request is considered together with obligations related to the booking and its payments.
Costa Rica's Law 8968 recognizes rights of access, correction and deletion of personal information and regulates informed consent. You may use the contact above to exercise your rights.
External links
When you open WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Maps or Waze, you are using an external service with its own privacy notice. Information you share directly there is subject to that service's terms.
