Booking policies

What you need to request your accommodation, arrange the deposit and prepare for your arrival at Villas Nativa.

Your request and confirmation

Search your dates and guest count to see availability and the estimated total for your stay. The summary shows your accommodation, applicable charges and taxes, and any extras you select.

Submitting the form records a pending request. Villas Nativa will contact you to review the details and arrange payment. A request or uploaded payment proof does not, on its own, mean the booking is confirmed; keep the confirmation provided by Villas Nativa.

Deposit and payment proof

The usual booking deposit is 50% of the total. Before paying, check the percentage, amount and currency shown in your booking summary and the payment instructions you receive.

The site shows the payment options available for your booking. You may attach payment proof when requesting it or through the private link you receive. The team will review payment before confirming. If the proof does not upload, keep your request code and contact Villas Nativa before creating another booking or making another payment.

Cancellations and changes

Villas Nativa offers two booking options. The applicable option must be agreed in writing before paying the deposit. Searching dates or submitting the form does not automatically select a cancellation policy.

• Free cancellation option: cancel without charge at least 5 days before the arrival date. For cancellations closer to arrival, consult the specific conditions agreed for your booking.
• Option without free cancellation: if you cancel, you forfeit the 50% deposit required to reserve.

To request changes, cancellation or an applicable refund, email jeff@noah-systems.net or contact us on WhatsApp, including your reference and arrival date. Confirm your rate's policy with Villas Nativa and, if a refund applies, the procedure. Reservations made through external platforms follow the terms accepted on that platform.

Arrival, departure and pets

• Check-in: from 3:00 p.m., Costa Rica time.
• Check-out: by 11:00 a.m., Costa Rica time.
• Pets: small pets are welcome and must remain under their owners' control.

For special arrival or departure arrangements, contact Villas Nativa before travelling. The property is in Nuevo Colón, Sardinal, Carrillo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

Guests and breakfast

Select the actual number of guests to find accommodation with suitable capacity. Breakfast is optional: when added, the summary shows its price and total for the selected people and days. Review these details before submitting your request.
