How do I get there from Liberia airport or the beaches?
Use Google Maps to plan your route from Liberia airport, Playas del Coco or Playa Hermosa to Villas Nativa. Travel time depends on your starting point, traffic and road conditions. Plan my route
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Contact us before travelling to arrange your self check-in instructions.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, small pets are welcome and must be kept under control. Mention your pet in your booking request so we can coordinate the details of your stay.
Can I book directly?
Yes. Select your dates and number of guests to check availability and rates. Submit the form and we will receive your request to coordinate confirmation.
How is my booking confirmed?
A 50% deposit is required for confirmation unless your quote states a different percentage. Sending a request or uploading a receipt does not by itself confirm payment: we review the details and contact you with confirmation.
How can I pay and which currency is used?
The form shows the transfer details and payment options available for your booking. You can submit your request and arrange payment with us. Check the currency shown in your quote; the form does not request card details.
What cancellation options do you offer?
There is an option with free cancellation at least 5 days before arrival and a non-refundable option: if you cancel the latter, you forfeit the 50% deposit required to book. The applicable policy must be agreed before payment. For date changes or cancellations outside the free cancellation period, check the terms of your booking. Booking and cancellation policy
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking and an electric vehicle charger are available on the property. If you need the charger, ask us when arranging your arrival.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is optional and costs extra. If available for your booking, you can add it in the form and review the price per person per day and the total before submitting your request.
Are the pool and hot tub private?
The pool, bar and outdoor kitchen are shared spaces. Villa Nativa has a private hot tub; the hot tub is not included with Contempo Loft or Horizonte Loft.
How many guests can stay and how can I contact you?
